The Bombay Black ships orders across serviceable pin codes in India through trusted third-party courier partners.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful order confirmation and payment.

During festive periods, sales, new launches, bulk orders or high-demand periods, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Other cities and towns: 5–8 working days
Remote or non-metro locations: 7–10 working days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays, address issues, payment verification or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be available above ₹[amount], if offered by The Bombay Black at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and selected order values.

COD availability is subject to courier partner serviceability and may be disabled for high-value, customised, bulk, pre-booked or repeated refused orders.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp or on the order tracking page.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for courier system updates.

Incorrect Address or Phone Number

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, pin code and contact number.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package appears tampered, damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Take photos and contact us immediately at [email] / [phone].

Missing or Damaged Items

For missing or damaged item claims, an unboxing video is mandatory. The claim must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Delayed Delivery

The Bombay Black is not liable for courier delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner. However, we will help coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible.

Bulk, Custom or Prebook Orders

Bulk, corporate gifting, customised and prebook orders may have separate dispatch timelines. These timelines will be communicated before or after order confirmation, depending on the nature of the order.
