Return Policy

We have a no return policy.

However if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 24 hours of receiving it at shop@meliiora.com or contact us on +91 8369807932 and it will be the decision of our team whether to offer you an exchange, refund or none of them.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days after we receive the order. Shipping of the same depends on the delivery partner and the delivery destination.
 
Public holidays and festive season are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. 

As we rely on our delivery/courier partners for delivery of products; certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount. Please check with us for the same.

We offer free delivery for order value exceeding Rupees 1000.

For orders valued at rupees 1000 or less, we will charge Rupees 100 as shipping fees.

We offer COD for orders valued Rupees 1000 or below and an extra Rupees 50 as COD charges.
